Museum Trail Expansion Downtown
Recently passed legislation has allocated $250,000 for the continuation of the Museum Trail further into Downtown Jackson. The Museum Trail was also the 2023 Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods Grant Awardee for Connecting the Museum Trail through Downtown and West Jackson.
LeFleur Museum District Pedestrian Bridge
The Great City Mississippi Foundation applauds passage of the Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development (THUD) Appropriations Act as part of a six-bill appropriations package cleared by the U.S. Congress in Spring of 2024 and the recent State of Mississippi Legislative allocation of $1M in towards the LeFleur Museum District Pedestrian Bridge.
