  • 2024 - Ongoing

Great City Mississippi Foundation is helping to develop a regional trail plan that would connect 6 cities including Jackson, Ridgeland, Flowood, Richland, Byram, and Clinton. The project would extend 50 miles of multi-use recreational trail and better connect cities through pedestrian corridors. Each termination point for the trail is a regional destination including the Ross Barnett Reservoir, the Natchez Trace Parkway, LeFleur’s Bluff Park, Buddy Butts Park, Downtown Richland, and Downtown Byram.
